• Acting as a key contact to build, maintain and manage the reconciliation of loss information received from Third Party Administrators (TPA) handling claims on behalf of Chubb. • Predominately responsible for ensuring that the data in Chubb’s loss systems is consistent with the TPA reported loss activity. • Working within a team environment with the department Analysts, Processors, Team Supervisor, and TPA Director. • Responsible for meeting service standards of an internal customer focused strategy.
