Ensure that the process transactions are processed as per Desk Top procedures Ensure that the assigned targets in accordance with SLA are met Ensure that the quality of the transactions is in compliance with predefined parameters Provide the relevant process reports on a daily basis Ensure adherence to established attendance schedules Ensure adherence to Company Policies and Procedures Check that designs and solutions are correct Make sure processes meet agreed timelines (SLA) and quality Watch the live system and how users experience it; fix problems Listen to user feedback and make improvements Talk with clients clearly and in a professional way; join client meetings Be the main go-to person for questions in your area Teach and share knowledge with teammates Work with other teams (dev, QA, operations, product) to stay aligned Keep clear, up-to-date documents and guidelines Note risks and raise issues when needed Help with changes and how they affect users Keep up with trends and rules in your field
