EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED

ROLE SUMMARY:

We are looking for Subject Matter Experts with understanding of Level 3/16-19 biology, chemistry and/or physics qualification content and assessments that motivate our learners and ensure accurate graded achievement. RESPONSIBILITIES/TYPICAL TASKS

• You would be asked to comment constructively on qualification proposals, units and assessments and offer resolutions to any issues that may arise. You will be asked to attend at least one quality assurance meeting, possibly online, on a convenient date.
• Working alongside wider qualification development team including expert writers
• Commenting on the appropriateness of sector/subject content within the qualification(s)/unit(s)
• Contributing to scoping activities to determine the appropriateness of the proposed qualification(s)
• Commenting on the validity of qualification subject/sector content and sample assessment materials for applied science.
