Aufgaben

The Subject Matter Expert Salesforce configures and custimizes the respective Enterprise Applications and consults the Solution Architects as technical expert to develop solution for business requirements.

• Configures and customizes the Entreprise Application Salesforce
• Consults Solution Architects as technical expert
• Evaluates, implements and tests technical solutions
• Provides 2nd level support for Salesforce
• Coordinates 3rd level support
• Participates in Projects

Profil

• University degree Information Technology or similar background
• Deep knowledge of the application Salesforce and the interfaces to other applications
• Fluent in Englisch and good command of German
• Ability to understand the business needs, communicate in appropriate way on all hierarchy levels and find great solutions.
