Kaimetrix is seeking a Senior-Level Program Management Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support the 18th Space Defense Squadron’s (18 SDS) mission-critical operations. This position will focus on managing complex projects and sustaining 24/7 space defense operations with an emphasis on leadership, compliance, and operational excellence.

DESCRIPTION:

The Subject Matter Expert (SME), Program Management, will support the 18 SDS TS/SCI operations floor by delivering senior-level oversight of mission-critical programs and 24/7 operations. The SME will provide leadership in compliance with DoD Directive 8140.01 and DoD Instruction 8570.01, ensuring all activities align with cybersecurity and mission assurance standards.

• Lead and manage high-visibility projects and initiatives in support of space defense operations.
• Provide subject matter expertise in technical operations, risk management, and systems integration.
• Support the coordination and delivery of system upgrades, testing, and sustainment activities.
• Ensure team compliance with cybersecurity workforce requirements (IAT II/III).
• Communicate with senior stakeholders and government customers, including developing technical reports and briefings.
  Clearance: TS/SCI (eligible for SAP/SAR)
  Education: Bachelor’s Degree
  Experience: 15 years total, 7 years in a senior program or project management role
  Certifications: PMP, IAT Level II or III
