$97,000- $157,000

Amentum is seeking a talented and experienced Engineer IV to support the Program Executive Office, Submarines (PEO Submarines), to provide analytical, research, and reporting services.

PREFFERED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 20+ years of experience with Navy Acquisition Programs.
  • Demonstrated experience interfacing with PEOs/Program Managers, Fleet Stakeholders, the Science/Technology community, and Navy Staff.
  • Demonstrated experience providing on-site and offsite strategic, operational, programmatic, analytical, and technical expertise across Navy platforms and capabilities to include strategy, planning, studies, analysis, and execution support across the air, surface, and subsurface Warfare communities.
  • Demonstrated experience working with Undersea Systems (Torpedo Defense Systems preferred).

Responsibilities

The Engineer IV will apply engineering disciplines to technically support development of new and existing Naval capabilities and systems, develop significant alterations to existing systems, integrate and interface existing equipment or software into different applications or platforms to support the warfighter, and support evaluation of foreign or non-developmental systems, equipment, and technologies.
