JOIN THE INTREC TEAM

We’re seeking an experienced Submissions Coordinator to manage the end-to-end process for tenders, expressions of interest, and other proposals. You’ll play a critical role in the growth and success of our organisation, helping to produce high-quality submissions that make a real impact.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the tender process from initial enquiry to final submission.
  • Assist in developing bid content and ensure adherence to disciplined bid processes.
  • Proofread, edit, and write documents to ensure clarity and accuracy before submission.
  • Ensure all written communications are precise, detailed, and professionally formatted.
  • Coordinate with the Pre-construction, Estimating, and Management teams to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met.
  • Ensure all activities align with INTREC’s policies, processes, and procedures.
  • Be an integral part of our National Business Development and Marketing team.
  • Assist with ad-hoc tasks for State Management.
