ABOUT US ProVest is one of the nation’s leading legal support services firms, providing service of process and related services for major law firms and financial institutions. Each year, we handle thousands of legal documents nationwide. POSITION OVERVIEW ProVest is seeking Subpoena-Specific Servers in Charlotte County, Florida. This is an independent contractor (1099) opportunity ideal for reliable, self-motivated individuals. Process server certification or licensing is not required for this role. You’ll use your own vehicle, manage your schedule within our guidelines, and complete assignments using our mobile technology. WHAT YOU’LL DO * Serve subpoenas within Charlotte County * Update service attempts and case information using ProVest mobile apps (PVLS Mobile & PSO Mobile) * Capture GPS-enabled photos and enter detailed attempt notes * Make multiple service attempts at varying times, including evenings and weekends when required KEY TO SUCCESS * Organization: Efficient route planning and timely follow-ups * Communication: Professional and respectful interactions * Consistency: Meeting attempt and documentation expectations ADDITIONAL INFORMATION * Paid per completed job (served or non-served) * Cases must be attempted at least every 72 hours * Worksheets must be completed and uploaded promptly * Ongoing support provided by a Florida-based liaison REQUIREMENTS * Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and insurance * Ability to work flexible hours (mornings, evenings, weekends) * Comfortable using mobile apps and technology * Access to a smartphone; computer and scanner preferred * Residence within or near Charlotte County is strongly preferred * Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy IDEAL CANDIDATES * Prior experience in subpoena delivery, courier work, investigations, or legal support is a plus, but not required APPLY Interested candidates should email their updated resume to: Kimberly.Osborne@provest.us [Kimberly.Osborne@provest.us]
