JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a driven Automotive Finance Manager with knowledge of sub-prime lending guidelines to help our customers secure financing for the vehicles of their choice. You’ll also analyze incoming customer leads, review credit applications, and work closely with our sales staff to ensure proper follow-up and smooth customer experiences. The goal: provide every customer with the best financing opportunities while ensuring consistent communication and strong lender relationships.

REQUIREMENTS & EXPERIENCE

  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
  • Dealership experience: 3 years (preferred)
  • Sales: 3 years (preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of sub-prime lending guidelines a plus
  • Experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person with a financial or accounting background
  • Must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate to Waldorf, MD
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: $60,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Verify information on customer credit applications
  • Analyze credit reports and submit to appropriate lenders for deal approval
  • Present and explain payment options to customers
  • Sell ancillary products to maximize customer value
  • Print and prepare all required forms and documents necessary for MVA/DMV and lenders
  • Distribute leads to the sales staff and ensure follow-up on prospects
  • Confirm appointments and provide excellent customer service throughout the process
  • Package and submit deals electronically for funding
  • Maintain fast funding timelines to keep the sales process moving
