Responsibilities

THE ROLE

This isn’t a “paper-pushing” finance job. You’ll be the bridge between clients and lenders, creating solutions that actually fit people’s lives. You’ll manage deals, negotiate approvals, and close with confidence, all while keeping honesty and customer service at the core.

  • Location: Acheson, AB
  • Full-time, permanent | Commission-based (the hungrier you are, the more you earn)
  • Flexible hours with rotating evenings/weekends

We want someone with energy, creativity, and grit, not someone just looking to collect a paycheck.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Be the go-to liaison between clients and lenders- Guide customers through their auto & RV financing options with clarity
  • Generate and convert leads through phone, email, messenger, and ads
  • Negotiate with financial service providers to secure approval
  • Present aftermarket products, warranties & insurance with confidence
  • Close deals while building long-term trust (no shady sales tricks here)
  • Submit accurate loan documentation with speed & precision
  • Jump into online ads & social media content (yes, that includes video)
  • Hit (and hopefully crush) monthly sales targets
