We are looking for qualified candidates for the role of Finance Manager to join our rapidly-expanding team. Job Description:

• Advising clients on a step-by-step approval process to secure financing and help them rebuild and establish credit;
• Provide detailed credit consultations to suit each individual’s needs and circumstance;
• Secure financing through our various lenders and match clients to a vehicle;
• Contact clients that have applied for vehicle financing (no cold calling).
• Meet/exceed commission targets and quotas

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year (+) sales experience in any industry is preferred but not required
• Valid driver’s license and OMVIC license (must have or be willing to obtain OMVIC prior to start date);
• Professional with a friendly and positive attitude;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Attention to detail;
• Time management skills;
• Competitive and open to learn new sales ideas;
• Clean driver’s abstract;
• Proficiency in English (written and verbal)
• Proficient with computer programs (Microsoft Office, Google Docs, etc)

Pay: $40,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
