We’re now looking for a motivated and creative Marketing Specialist to grow our social media presence and drive online leads that convert into sales.

OVERVIEW

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Subprime Finance Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for securing financing for clients in challenging credit situations, structuring deals, working closely with lenders, and ensuring compliance with all financial regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong experience in automotive finance, preferably with a focus on subprime lending.
  • Strong knowledge of credit underwriting, lender guidelines, and compliance regulations.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • High level of integrity, customer service, and professionalism.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Bilingual (English + another language) is an asset but not required.

Responsibilities
  • Review and assess credit applications from customers seeking vehicle financing.
  • Structure subprime deals and submit to the lenders.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with subprime lenders and financial institutions.

  • Submit applications to various lenders and negotiate terms to benefit both the dealership and the customer.
  • Ensure all deals comply with federal and provincial laws and dealership policies.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and follow up with customers and lenders as needed.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to close deals efficiently and improve the customer experience.
