In this highly cross-functional role, you will collaborate with a wide range of teams, including marketing, product, engineering, design, legal, finance, and editorial. This role will manage the end-to-end process of conceptualizing, launching and optimizing growth initiatives for Apple TV+ targeted at new prospects, closely monitoring efficacy to provide insights on performance. This role requires the ability to consistently re-evaluate priorities, while keeping the cross-functional group motivated and goal oriented. DESCRIPTION
- Strategy Development: Own and evolve the prospect acquisition strategy, identifying key customer segments for growth across marketing and in app channels. - Performance Tracking: Monitor weekly business performance vs. forecast and manage cross-functional communications on performance. - Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with Analytics, Product, Creative, and Engineering teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and integration with the overall customer lifecycle strategy. - Testing & Experimentation: Design and run A/B and multivariate tests to understand the effectiveness of different approaches, offers, and messages. - Develop Initiatives: Partner with business strategic planning, analytics and finance to shape and manage strategic growth initiatives. - Project Management: Outstanding ability to understand project management, dependencies, scaling risks and influencing stakeholders to drive business results.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- 8+ years of experience in subscription, direct to consumer companies.
- Experience scaling programs and initiatives globally, with a deep understanding of the nuances across subscription customer lifecycles.
- Strong project management capability with exceptional attention to detail.
- A strong analytical brain comfortable leveraging data and insights to inform strategic decision-making. Proficiency in using data analysis tools and techniques.
- BA/BS degree required.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Deep understanding of the video industry and streaming video in particular.
- Thorough understanding of integrating product, design, business, marketing, engineering and stakeholder teams to clarify program goals, strategy, and execution.
- Comfort working closely with Finance and Analytics teams to review and manage performance data.
- Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills; ability to articulate a strong point of view clearly and succinctly to both senior executives and individual contributors.
- Excellent communication with the ability to influence and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
- Experienced in balancing multiple priorities, cross functional collaboration and work streams, working with limited resources.
- Outstanding ability to problem solve, develop creative solutions, and demonstrate resourcefulness.
