Description

Due to increased business demands, we require a new Subscription Account Executive to join our subscriptions team in our Limerick office to provide guidance, licence implementation support for Autodesk and Symetri’s own technology products across all of the industry sectors that we serve.

Responsibilities
  • Managing Autodesk and Symetri Technology Renewals that are assigned to you
  • Utilising CRM system and all vital applications to manage and optimise opportunities at all stages of the renewal process.
  • Building an excellent knowledge of our product portfolio and an understanding of industry trends and needs (training will be provided)
  • Managing Autodesk caseloads and escalations
  • Preparing/Emailing quotations/estimates for renewals
  • Addressing daily inbound/outbound calls to customers
  • Regular calls to follow up to ensure that licences utilised and meets the customers’ requirements
  • Responsible for customer adoption of the software
  • Prospecting, generating, and qualifying leads and handing them off to the sales team
  • Communicating daily with customers – providing updates on orders, responding to queries
  • Autodesk Account Management – provision of basic support to ensure that customers are up and running effectively
  • Thrive in a strong team environment focused on providing a consistently high level of customer service
  • Managing a portfolio of allocated customers
  • Partnering closely with customers to understand their needs and act as their trusted advisor, helping to shape and deliver a robust ongoing plan to achieve their goals using Autodesk and Symetri software
  • Identifying opportunities and manage upsells, cross-sells and migration
