Work on a daily and weekly basis in a highly structured fashion to achieve and maintain industry leading renewal rates with indirect customers and channel partners Achieve or exceed quarterly and annual targets Drive Renewals sales processes Manage all Renewal related partner queries in a timely manner with the right level of quality Weekly forecast calls with internal management to give an accurate picture of the current quarter Renewals Reviewing Renewal quotes for accuracy before submitting them to customers Supporting the transition process of our customers to Subscription or Cloud from Perpetual licenses Calculating Renewal offers or mid-term changes to contracts, being responsible for executing changes to Renewal accounts (preparing quotes, sharing quotes with partners) Ensuring quotes can be booked accurately You are very curious and have the learning gene which is critical in this fast-moving industry You are detail oriented with a very structured approach to your daily work Daily accurate and concise updating of Salesforce and other CRMs comes naturally to you Sense of Accuracy: ensure pricing, quotes and system entries are correct Sense of Urgency: handle pressure at quarter end and support quick turnaround times for requests Ability to deal with ambiguity We hire team players who always work in the best interests of the Renewals team Excellent problem-solving skills, you bring a “can-do” attitude to work every day Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and German are mandatory
