REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of 8-10 years work experience, of which 4+ years in paid subscriptions and/or Partnerships. Business Development or Account Management experience is essential.
  • Proven capability in multi-channel marketing program management, data-informed decision-making processes, and performance-based marketing approach
  • Highly collaborative and possesses excellent communication skills with a passion for building strong relationships. Proven experience in influencing, motivating and managing external stakeholders as well as internal teams
  • Experience in collaborating across geographies, especially with global teams
  • Entrepreneurially minded, able to articulate new ideas and influence others to gain support.
  • Scrappy in thinking, ready to make things happen.
  • Strong learning agility, comfortable dealing with fast-paced environments
  • Strong negotiator & executor
  • Not afraid to get your hands dirty

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

As the Subscriptions and Partnerships Lead, you will be fully responsible for driving Deliveroo Plus growth and Marketing partnership strategy that aligns with the company’s business objectives & goals. You will lead integrated marketing campaigns from strategic planning through execution. You will collaborate closely with our Central Teams, Brand, and Restaurant & New Vertical Marketing teams to prioritize, plan, and execute subscription and partnership initiatives. The successful candidate will have experience in business development, management of paid subscriptions, management of external relationships, and coordinating cross-functional internal and external projects.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Own the end-to-end strategy for driving Deliveroo Plus adoption in the UAE, working with local and global teams to continuously improve the customer value proposition.
  • Create a systematic, process-driven approach to partner outreach and relationship management
  • Develop & prioritize a pipeline of partnerships with key strategic partners, e.g., banks, payments, retail, etc.
  • Create business cases and implement innovative partnership campaigns with a creative mindset based on industry insights, competitive landscape, partners’ objectives, and user behaviour
  • Maintain a strong relationship with existing partners and propose new ways to grow the partnership in the long term
  • Manage the end-to-end process, from lead generation, negotiation, and contract to collaborating closely with internal teams to roll out campaigns
  • Perform periodic and post-campaign analyses to shape future strategies
