Candidates without valid work permit in norway and NORSOK experience from operators and Subsea will not be evaluated Key Responsibilities The role requires experience and involvement in: Subsea structures, manifolds, subsea systems, or subsea operations Concept development and screening activities Scope definition and selection of relevant technical requirements Tender preparation and technical evaluation activities Preparation of technical documentation for: Project sanction Feasibility and concept studies Contract tendering Contractor follow-up during: Study phases Project execution Technology qualification Sporadic offshore participation may be required. Qualifications & Experience Senior-level experience within Subsea Production Systems Experience from concept development through execution phases Strong understanding of technical requirements and tender processes Experience in contractor follow-up and project delivery Professional Level: Level 3 – Principal Professional Level 4 – Leading Professional Personal Attributes Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills Clear and confident communicator Structured and systematic working style Commercial mindset Strong focus on safety, sustainability, ethics, and company values Results-oriented with the ability to deliver under deadlines
