Lead team development, drive key initiatives, and ensure departmental objectives align with organizational goals while enhancing cross-functional collaboration.   Strategic Responsibilities :  Lead a specific section or unit, ensuring strategic and operational efficiency. Develop and implement tactical plans aligned with departmental goals. Manage, mentor, and support staff within the section. Monitor section performance and adjust strategies when necessary. Foster a positive, productive, and collaborative work environment.    Functional Responsibilities :  Supervise subsidiary performance tracking to ensure alignment with approved financial and operational targets. Oversee financial and operational performance of subsidiaries to ensure sustainable profitability and growth. Coordinate budget preparation and financial reporting across subsidiary entities. Implement governance procedures to ensure compliance with corporate and regulatory requirements. Review operational reports and escalate performance gaps to executive management. Monitor investment portfolio activities to support profitability and risk mitigation. Facilitate communication between subsidiaries and corporate functions to streamline decision-making. Track KPIs and prepare consolidated performance dashboards for leadership. Support due diligence for new investments, partnerships, or restructuring initiatives. Review and monitor subsidiary investment performance. Evaluate investment opportunities, partnerships, and restructuring proposals to maximize shareholder value. Identify financial, operational, and strategic risks at the subsidiary level. Assess early warning indicators such as: Liquidity stress Covenant breaches Governance or compliance gaps Support crisis management and recovery planning for distressed subsidiaries. Ensure subsidiaries comply with regulatory, financial, and corporate governance standards.   Qualifications & Experience :  Qualifications Required: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. Preferred: Master’s degree Professional certification in a relevant field Experience: Required: Minimum of 9 years of experience. Preferred: At least 3 years in a mid‑management role. Languages: Required: English – proficient Preferred: Arabic – proficient   Leadership Competencies :  Guidance & Direction Ability to Influence Team Engagement & Development Effective Communication Flexibility Technical Competencies:  As per the Technical Competencies Library.  .
