YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: cooperation with different organizational units, functions, subsidiary CFOs, and external associates of INA Group participation in the management of INA Group companies’ financing, inter alia through capital increase, credit facility, cash pooling preparation of proposals on subsidiaries’ dividends providing Treasury support, advise in M&A transactions participation in creation of INA Group's treasury management policy and control the application of those rules in subsidiaries. FOR THE POSITION YOU NEED TO HAVE University degree in Economics/Finance/Business Management knowledge in the field of corporate finance, accounting advanced knowledge of the English language advanced knowledge of MS Office package. IT IS AN ADVANTAGE IF YOU HAVE: 1-3 years of experience in corporate finance or M&A projects knowledge of treasury activities including the cash pooling structure.
