PACT is an evidence-based model that provides comprehensive treatment, rehabilitation, and support to adults with severe and persistent mental illness. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong ability to develop and facilitate dual diagnosis groups, as well as provide individualized substance use treatment and support. A thorough understanding of twelve step programs is required. Candidates must also possess demonstrated knowledge of principles related to consumer empowerment and recovery-oriented care. Responsibilities: Act as primary case manager for identified clients, providing targeted support and interventions. Provide individual and group substance use treatment and support. Participate in assessments and treatment planning with clients and the team. Ensure consumer safety by implementing crisis intervention techniques when necessary Utilize a team based approach to support and services, collaborating with colleagues and actively participating in daily meetings. Participate in rotating on-call coverage and evening shifts to ensure 24/7 support for clients Qualifications: Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work or related field Experience working with adults with substance abuse disorders Valid Massachusetts drivers license Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-4pm with a standing 12pm-8pm shift, including rotating weekends and on-call.
