Ardent Counseling Center is seeking skilled and compassionate licensed therapists with expertise in substance abuse to join our team in Illinois. If you’re passionate about helping clients overcome addiction and supporting long-term recovery, we provide the tools, flexibility, and support you need to succeed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or related behavioral health field.
• Current CADC or full clinical licensure in Illinois (LCPC, LCSW, LMFT).
• Experience working with individuals with substance use and cooccurring disorders.

• Provide individual and/or group therapy to clients with substance use disorders.
• Assess, develop, and implement treatment plans using evidencebased approaches.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical records in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and recovery support systems as needed.
• Support clients throughout the continuum of care including relapse prevention planning.
