YOU AND YOUR TEAM WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR DELIVERING AGAINST TARGETS, ALWAYS ENSURING THE SERVICE IS COMPLYING WITH ALL OF THE NECESSARY REQUIREMENTS THAT ARISE FROM WORKING IN A SOCIAL CARE SETTING. THERE’LL BE DATA ANALYSIS AND ADMINISTRATION TASKS TO DEAL WITH TOO, BUT THAT’S ALL PART OF THIS BUSY AND VARIED JOB THAT YOU TAKE IN YOUR STRIDE. YOU WILL HAVE:

• ONC/NVQ level 3 or equivalent or a commitment to complete within 18-months
• Experience working in the in the health, social care or criminal justice setting and of working in partnership with a range of statutory and non-statutory agencies
• A successful track record of management responsibility and development of others
• An understanding of the issues facing people experiencing challenges in relation to drug/alcohol and/or mental health challenges
• Knowledge of health and safety, including assessing high risk situations
• Ability to build effective relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders
• Be results driven and possess analytical skills
