Description Supreme Living is looking for an outstanding, energetic and enthusiastic substance use disorder professional to provide treatment to our residents. This individual is responsible for conducting substance use disorder assessments and formulating recommendations. Requirements SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES: Conducts comprehensive assessments utilizing diagnostic materials. Interprets assessment results and makes treatment recommendations. Coordinates with the resident’s Treatment Team and implementation of recommendations. Coordinates with community SUD treatment providers in securing treatment services for residents. Provides resource information and referrals to assist residents in developing community support systems. Participates in Treatment Team meetings as requested. Reports changes in the individual’s condition to the nursing and MHP staff as appropriate. Responsible for accurate and timely charting in ECP using accepted abbreviations and terminology. Completes documentation as required. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION and LICENSURE: Must have an Associate's degree in addiction studies and meet the Washington State Department of Health (DOH) requirements for a qualified Substance Use Disorder Professional. Trainee as per Chapter 18.205 RCW and WAC 246-811. Note: SUDPT’s must be under the supervision of a SUDP. Must meet health requirements, i.e. – flu vaccination, COVID-19 boosters, tb testing – per licensing requirements. CPR/First Aid Certified. Valid Washington State Driver’s License required or the equivalent if residence in Washington is new. Experience using word processing and spreadsheet software. Microsoft Word and Excel preferred. SALARY RANGE: $32.00-36.00 CLIENT CONTACT: This position has direct responsibility for resident care. Contact with the residents occurs on a regular basis.
