Paradigm is in search of a Construction Manager to oversee all aspects of assigned projects. Responsibilities: Lead Construction Projects: Oversee all aspects of construction projects from initiation to completion, emphasizing a culture of excellence in safety and quality standards. Coordinate Project Completion: Take charge of project coordination and ensure timely completion within specified parameters of cost, quality, and schedule objectives. Manage Client Relationships: Foster strong on-site customer relationships by effectively coordinating with clients and subcontractors to fulfill project deliverables. Set Deadlines and Monitor Progress: Establish project deadlines, allocate responsibilities, and closely monitor progress, providing regular reports to leadership. Provide Team Leadership: Offer guidance and direction to project team members, ensuring cohesive project management processes and directing the overall work of the team. Ensure Safety and Quality Compliance: Collaborate with customers and Babcock Power Safety and Quality personnel to uphold safety and quality standards throughout project execution. High School Diploma or GED. Five plus years in substation electrical construction, with at least 3 years in direct supervision. Trade licensing preferred; or willing to obtain. Familiarity with commercial terms, substation construction practices, and legal standards. Comprehensive understanding of installation, maintenance, and repair processes in substations. Ability to convey information effectively. Proficiency in MS Office Suite for project management tasks. Maintain quality standards while handling high work volumes. Previous experience in electrical project management is a plus. The construction managers are expected to travel to and stay near the construction site. The Construction Manager base salary is between $100,000 - 150,000. Per diem and overtime are available per company and project standards.
