Blue Hills Regional Technical School is looking for a per diem, substitute dynamic qualified Cafeteria Manager who will be responsible for the successful operation of a school cafeteria by encouraging maximum student participation and adhering to state regulations of the Child Nutrition Program.Responsibilities: Preparation and cook for school food service, utilizing standardized recipes according to planned menusVerifies deliveries and safeguards storage of food and suppliesAssist and oversee general operation of kitchen including cash register, serving meals and dish room Order food and supplies in accordance with menu and volume requirementsAssist with schedules and rotates cafeteria staff, including substitutes as needed Ensures monthly inventory is completed in a timely mannerResponsible for overseeing all aspects of meal production, sanitation, service and safety Follow HACCP Health and Safety RegulationsAny additional Duties the Food Service Director may assignQualifications: High school diploma or GED required Food preparation and cooking experience Must be Food Safety certified (ServSafe
