THE ROLE

We are looking for caring and flexible Substitute Educators to join our sub list. In this role, you’ll step into our classrooms to support or cover for our regular educators when they are away. You’ll work alongside our Lead Educators to provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for young children.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise and care for children ages 2–5, ensuring their safety and wellbeing.
• Support daily routines, activities, and transitions—both indoors and outdoors.
• Assist with Reggio Emilia-inspired programming, play, and exploration.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming classroom environment.
• Collaborate with Lead Educators and follow established lesson plans when provided.
