SUMMARY: The Substitute role is an on-call, as-needed position. This is a non-benefit eligible role.   DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Ability to execute a lesson plan that is assigned by the teacher. Provide clear instruction and assist scholars in understanding a subject matter while maintaining discipline and control of the classroom. Demonstrate moral focus and personal values to all stakeholders. Self-starter with effective classroom management skills, strong leadership, and a passion for educating students.   QUALIFICATIONS: Must meet state requirements for being a Substitute.
