JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Area Manager to oversee multiple Subway locations within our organisation, all based in the Belfast area. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in food production and hospitality, demonstrating exceptional leadership and team management skills. As an Area Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, maintaining food safety standards, and fostering a positive work environment across all sites.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry, ideally in a QSR environment.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and culinary practices.
  • Excellent leadership skills with a track record of successful team management.
  • Ability to supervise diverse teams in high-pressure environments.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Experience in restaurant operations is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of bartending practices is a plus but not essential.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
