As a Subway Crew Member, you will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service and maintaining high standards of food preparation and cleanliness. Your main responsibilities include:

• Greeting and serving customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Preparing sandwiches, salads, and other menu items according to Subway’s standards.
• Handling cash, operating the till, and processing card payments accurately.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment, including the dining area, kitchen, and food preparation stations.
• Restocking supplies and ensuring all ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and within expiry.
• Following all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety guidelines.
• Assisting with opening and closing procedures, including cleaning, stock checks, and equipment checks.
• Working as part of a team to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Providing excellent customer service by addressing customer needs, answering questions, and handling any issues professionally.
• Supporting management with any additional tasks when required.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for experienced and reliable individuals who:

• Have previous experience working in a Subway restaurant.
• Understand Subway standards for food preparation, hygiene, and customer service
• Can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Are team players with a positive and professional attitude
• Are flexible with working hours, including evenings and weekends
• Take pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and service

Job Types: Part-time, Zero hours contract
Pay: £12.21 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
