MANAGER POSITION AT SUBWAY 9052 LOCATION: 101 SNOWBIRD ROAD, WEST UNION, WV, 26456 JOB DESCRIPTION: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager to join our team at Subway 9052. The Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including but not limited to: managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining inventory levels, and upholding Subway's high standards of food quality and safety. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Recruit, train, and supervise staff members * Create employee schedules and assign duties * Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed * Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations * Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner * Maintain a clean and organized work environment QUALIFICATIONS: * Prior experience in a managerial role, preferably in the food service industry * Strong leadership and communication skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment * Knowledge of food safety regulations * High school diploma or equivalent
