MANAGER POSITION AT SUBWAY 9013 LOCATION: 40019 STATE ROUTE 7, HANNIBAL, OH, 43931 JOB DESCRIPTION: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager to join our team at Subway 9013 in Hannibal, OH. The Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including but not limited to: managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining inventory, and meeting financial goals. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Recruit, train, and supervise staff * Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service * Manage inventory and control costs * Set and meet sales targets and financial goals * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant * Handle customer inquiries and complaints * Adhere to all company policies and procedures QUALIFICATIONS: * Previous experience in a managerial role, preferably in the food service industry * Strong leadership and communication skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment * Knowledge of food safety regulations * Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
