QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience in a managerial role within the restaurant or hospitality sector.
• Strong culinary experience with knowledge of food preparation techniques.
• Previous supervisory experience is essential, demonstrating effective team management skills.
• Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in food production.
• Excellent leadership abilities, capable of motivating and guiding a diverse team.
• Experience in serving customers within a fast-paced environment is advantageous.
• Background in hotel or barista operations is considered a plus.
