QSR MANAGER LOCATION: SUBWAY 9051, 5502 STATE ROUTE 10, SALT ROCK, WV, 25559 JOB DESCRIPTION: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) Manager to join our team at Subway 9051 in Salt Rock, WV. The QSR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including customer service, food preparation, inventory management, and staff supervision. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant * Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service * Supervise and train staff members * Create and maintain a positive work environment * Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed * Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations * Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely manner REQUIREMENTS: * Previous experience in a QSR management role * Excellent leadership and communication skills * Strong organizational and time management abilities * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment * Knowledge of food safety regulations * High school diploma or equivalent
