ASSISTANT MANAGER – FULL TIME

We are looking for someone who’s interested in assisting with the day-to-day operations of the store. You will report to the Store Manager on a regular basis, and you will work closely with them to ensure the store is running smoothly and efficiently.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in Retail or Hospitality
  • Previous leadership experience is desired but not necessary
  • Ability to lead a team environment
  • Great communication skills
  • Able to work in a team environment
  • Organisational skills & the ability to efficiently manage tasks

As an Assistant Manager, you are responsible for ensuring the store is upholding our high standards which lead to us providing a great guest experience every time.

DUTIES

  • Provide exceptional customer service & efficiently manage the day-to-day tasks of the store

  • Monitor stock levels and product wastage
  • Managing deliveries
  • Ensuring health and safety standards are upheld with the store
