We’re currently looking for a PART TIME (8 -16 hours per week, weekdays & weekends) & a FULL TIME (35-39 hours per week, weekdays & weekends) Team Members to work in our Subway store located at BP Washford Drive, Redditch, Worcestershire.

Pay Rates:
Pay rates are up to £12.41 ( Age 21 and over) per hour once all relevant training has been completed.
Job Description:
We’re looking for people who are reliable, well presented, aren’t afraid of hard work and enjoy working in a retail environment. You’ll spend a sizeable amount of time rolling your sleeves up and getting involved. Serving customers, offering excellent customer service, getting involved in food preparation and keeping the restaurant clean, tidy and welcoming at all times.

Sandwich Artists™ are the face of our Subway stores, and you’ll be the reason customers keep coming back. Sandwich Artists™ have a positive outlook, thrive in a busy work environment and are keen to learn the art of great sandwich making. You will work well as part of a team, making delicious sandwiches to customer requirements. It’s essential that applicants are very reliable and available at short notice when required.
Responsibilities include:
Food preparation
Cleaning and tidying the restaurant
Following health and safety requirements
Date rotation
Make fresh sandwiches and platters
Working on the tills
Opening and closing of the store
Serving customers with excellent customer service
Handling light paperwork
Producing perfect Subs quickly and efficiently
