SHIFT LEAD AT SUBWAY 9014 LOCATION: 66 ARROWHEAD ROAD, LITTLE HOCKING, OH, 45742 JOB DESCRIPTION: We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Shift Lead at Subway 9014. The Shift Lead will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant during their shift, including supervising staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Supervise and coordinate the activities of team members during shift * Ensure excellent customer service and address any customer concerns or complaints * Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to existing staff * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant, including restocking supplies and performing regular cleaning tasks * Handle cash transactions and reconcile cash drawers * Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed QUALIFICATIONS: * Prior experience in a fast-paced restaurant or retail environment * Strong leadership and communication skills * Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously * Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays * Food safety certification is a plus
