SHIFT LEAD AT SUBWAY 9052 LOCATION: 101 SNOWBIRD ROAD, WEST UNION, WV, 26456 JOB DESCRIPTION: We are seeking a reliable and responsible individual to join our team as a Shift Lead at Subway 9052. The Shift Lead will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant during their shift, including supervising staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Supervise and coordinate the activities of team members during shift * Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction * Train and mentor new team members * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant * Handle customer inquiries and complaints * Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies REQUIREMENTS: * Prior experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment * Strong leadership and communication skills * Ability to work well under pressure * Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends * Food safety certification is a plus
