As a SuccessFactors Consultant, you will: Serve as an advisor to other SAP SuccessFactors post-production support clients utilizing your expertise and knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors application. Work closely with clients to analyze business requirements and translate them into solutions. Conduct requirement-gathering workshops and provide expert guidance on SAP Best Practices on specific modules Employee Central, PMGM, LMS, Compensation, Succession Can lead the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors modules - Employee Central, Performance & Goals, LMS, Compensation, Succession, to align with client business needs. Manage Stakeholder expectations, communicate complex HR and SuccessFactors specific concepts clearly, and influence decision-making. Configure and customize SuccessFactors functionalities to optimize module specific business processes. Stays updated on SAP SuccessFactors newest releases and updates relevant to Employee Central, PMGM, LMS, Compensation, Succession and recommend new opt-in/opt-out features to client as needed. Enough about us, let’s talk about you A bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related discipline is preferred. Other degree holders will also be considered. At least 5-8 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors and should have at least 3-5 years of Consulting Industry Experience. 3-5 years of experience on SuccessFactors Implementation projects and working with packaged solutions or supporting SF clients. Must have at least 1 certification in any SAP SuccessFactors module SuccessFactors EC with LMS, Compensation, Succession, PMGM experience is preferred. Engage in consistent and ongoing interactions with internal and client subject matter experts to enhance internal solution assets. Ability to continuously improve the current solution offerings with innovative ideas and design thinking. Deep understanding of HR processes and how they translate into SAP SuccessFactors functionality. Strong ability to work independently, take ownership of deliverables, and drive projects forward without constant oversight. Excellent at prioritizing multiple tasks, managing conflicting deadlines and working effectively in a dynamic environment. Excellent client-facing skills with the ability to lead discussions, challenge assumptions, and guide clients toward effective solutions.
