Description

Responsibilities

Lead the Onboarding 2.0 project in the design, development, and configuration of integrations between SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0, SAP HCM, and OnBase (Document management system).
Configure and customize standard integrations provided by SAP and SuccessFactors.
Analyze business requirements and turn those into technical system specifications for integrations.
Develop and maintain custom integrations as needed, including transformation logic and error handling.
Perform all levels of testing which will include unit, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing.
Monitor integrations to ensure performance and stability
Document all integration processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.
Train other functional and technical resources on how to maintain integrations
Provide support to end-users on integration related issues
Participate in project planning
Participate in all project meeting
