REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 8+ years of SAP HCM/SuccessFactors experience, with at least 2 full life cycle implementations of SuccessFactors Time solutions
  • Expert-level knowledge of SuccessFactors Time Off, Time Tracking, and integration with Payroll and Core HR modules
  • Strong understanding of time valuation, time recording, absence management, and accrual rules
  • Demonstrated ability to lead client workshops, gather requirements, and translate them into system solutions
  • Experience in global time management implementations and localization
  • Proficiency in testing strategies, data validation, and issue resolution
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • SuccessFactors certification in Employee Central Time Off and/or Time Tracking
  • Experience with integration to SAP Payroll, EC Payroll, or third-party payroll systems
  • Background in complex, multinational implementations
  • Prior consulting experience with a top SAP partner or large enterprise project

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced Senior SuccessFactors Time Consultant to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP SuccessFactors Time solutions. This role requires deep expertise, a proven track record of at least two full life cycle implementations, and the ability to provide strategic guidance to both technical teams and business stakeholders. You will play a key role in shaping time management processes, ensuring system alignment with business needs, and driving successful project delivery.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Time solutions, from requirements gathering to post-go-live support
  • Collaborate with business leaders, HR teams, and IT stakeholders to analyze current processes and recommend optimized time management solutions
  • Configure and customize SuccessFactors Time Off, Time Tracking, and related modules to meet business requirements
  • Develop functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams for system enhancements
  • Ensure compliance with global and local labor regulations and time-tracking requirements
  • Conduct fit-gap analysis and lead workshops to define system design and functionality
  • Drive data migration planning, testing strategies, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
  • Deliver training to end users and provide ongoing production support post-implementation
  • Mentor junior consultants and provide subject matter expertise across the project team
  • Stay current on SAP SuccessFactors innovations, best practices, and release updates
