Orab, OH 45154Hours: Full-time Degree Required: Associates degree in Human Services (or equivalent) License Required: CDCA, or LSW, LPC, or MFT, or dual license License Preferred: CDCA, LCDC II, LCDC III The ideal candidate will have their CDCA or higher license. Description: Develop a program to increase the voice of youth within the county focusing on SUD Provide SUD service to include individual, family, group psychotherapy/counseling and case management services to youth, families, and adults in an office setting and/or within the community. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to address holistic client needs. Conduct risk and diagnostic assessments, develop and implement individual service plans. Provide crisis intervention as needed. Participate in and facilitate treatment team meetings with clients and their families.
