Overview Sugarloaf is looking for outgoing and dependable team players to join our Food and Beverage team as Food Servers for this winter season. The focus of this position is to complete all food service-related tasks consistently, carefully, and systematically in a service-friendly environment. We are currently seeking servers for our resort's Widowmaker Lounge location, our premier lunch/apres/live music outlet. Responsibilities Welcome and greet guests Inform guests of specials and menu changes Answer questions about our food, beverages and other restaurant functions and services Take food and beverage orders from guests, enter orders in our point-of-sale system which relays orders to the kitchen and bar Deliver food and beverages from kitchen and bar to guests in a timely manner Perform side work at the start and end of each shift as required by service station assignment Monitor and observe guest dining experiences. Ensure guests are satisfied with the food and service.
