Overview Sugarloaf is currently looking for team members with a passion for customer service to join our lodging team as Valet Attendants. A Valet Attendant at the Sugarloaf Mountain Hotel is a positive, welcoming, and informative ambassador to all resort guests. Our Valets assist guests by transporting luggage, helping to store ski/snowboard gear in designated locker spaces and by parking their vehicles all while ensuring guests experience a superior level of customer service. This is a full-time seasonal position that comes with great job perks and team member discounts. Individuals looking to exceed guest expectations are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities Duties include: Creating a memorable guest experience, greeting guests at arrival, parking cars, carrying and transporting luggage to and from rooms, storing skis and snowboards, running errands, opening doors, shoveling/maintaining hotel entry and walkways, patrolling parking lots, and other duties as assigned. The ideal candidate for this role will be: self-motivated punctual with a sense of anticipating guest needs able to work well independently with little supervision able to work in a fast yet unhurried pace with an emphasis on attention to detail in order to get the job done right an excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills a team player Qualifications This position may be for you if: You are approachable and hospitable.
