Responsibilities
  • Provide elevated guest service by promptly managing suite-level food and beverage orders.
  • Receive orders via phone or through Suite Attendants and Hosts; accurately input all items into the POS system.
  • Print order chits and ensure order routing to appropriate staff for timely delivery.
  • Review suite order pick sheets and billing instructions to ensure accuracy.
  • Report discrepancies or issues to the Suite Supervisor.
  • Complete checklists including billing confirmations, guest notes, and special instructions.
  • Ensure POS printers are functioning and workstations are fully stocked before each event.
  • Close all bills and reconcile order records at the end of the event.
  • Maintain a clean, efficient, and professional work environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned
