JOB SUMMARY: As a Suites Server with Legends Hospitality, you will play a key role in delivering a world-class premium guest experience. Our Suite Attendants provide personalized, attentive service to guests in luxury suites, ensuring that every interaction reflects professionalism, hospitality, and attention to detail. From setting up suites and managing food and beverage orders to creating memorable moments for guests, you will represent the standard of excellence expected in our premium spaces.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred.
  • Previous food & beverage or hospitality experience strongly preferred, especially in a premium or fine-dining environment.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage positively with guests and teammates.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting while managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with an event-based schedule.
  • Ability to lift and carry items up to 35 lbs., including up and down stairs or ramps.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor consistent with premium service expectations.
  • Fluency in English required; bilingual skills a plus.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional, upscale service to suite guests throughout each event, always maintaining a professional and welcoming demeanor.
  • Set up assigned suites prior to each event, ensuring all pre-ordered food and beverage items are properly displayed and stocked.
  • Take and deliver day-of-game orders promptly, accurately, and with an emphasis on guest satisfaction.
  • Respond to guest requests with urgency, attentiveness, and a service-first mindset.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned suite and service areas throughout the event, and perform thorough breakdown and cleaning post-event.
  • Accurately handle all transactions, including cash and credit card payments, in compliance with Legends’ standards.
  • Uphold suite appearance standards, ensuring the environment reflects the premium brand experience.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, suite supervisors, and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Proactively anticipate guest needs, going above and beyond to create a memorable and elevated hospitality experience.
  • All other duties as assigned.
