JOB SUMMARY:   Responsible for keeping warps running on a continuous basis through maintenance and overhauling of all looms. Responsible for repairing and maintaining all mechanical operations of sulzer machines; make necessary adjustments and settings to assure proper operation and maximum efficiency.      ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:   * Responsible for repairing looms on warps and replacing them when they run out. * Weave pattern changes, pick gear changes. * Records all necessary information on tickets. * Ensure the sulzer machines run properly to assure first-quality material. * Keep all relative parts, chain rack pick gears, etc… in a need and orderly fashion. * Must have a mechanical Aptitude. * Adhere to all safety rules and safe work practices at all times. * Other duties as assigned. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:   * Standing and walking up to 8 hours per day. * Frequent lifting, twisting and bending. * Ability to lift up to 50-75 lbs. * Fine motor skills and manual dexterity.
