  Primary Duties / Responsibilities:   * Equipment Operational Efficiency Project * Identify Process choke points to understand effective equipment speeds for maximum output with current guardrails * Identify current max volume through put * Identify areas of opportunity to either increase output or maximize current status through process / labor changes to help reduce conversion cost * As time allows this will open further projects for this intern to continue working toward OEE goals     Dates of internship: mid/late May-early/mid August 2026 Qualifications Educational Requirements: Qualified candidates will be a sophomore, junior or senior during Fall of 2026 with a degree focus in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.    Experienced with product management, process engineering, leadership, data collection/analyzation, CAD, and programmer preferred.    An Equal Opportunity Employer including Disabled/Veterans
