  Primary Duties / Responsibilities:   * Equipment Operational Efficiency Project * Identify Process choke points to understand effective equipment speeds for maximum output with current guardrails * Identify current max volume through put * Identify areas of opportunity to either increase output or maximize current status through process / labor changes to help reduce conversion cost * As time allows this will open further projects for this intern to continue working toward OEE goals     Dates of internship: mid/late May-early/mid August 2026 Qualifications Educational Requirements: Qualified candidates will be a sophomore, junior or senior during Fall of 2026 with a degree focus in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.    An Equal Opportunity Employer including Disabled/Veterans
Responsibilities
The intern will work on projects aimed at improving equipment operational efficiency by identifying process choke points and areas for output maximization. Additional projects may arise as the intern progresses toward overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) goals.
