Job Description David Weekley Homes is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Summer 2026 Design Consultant intern to join our team in Raleigh, North Carolina. Responsibilities: Learn the process of supporting buyers through the design process Become familiar with the new home buying process as it pertains to buyers making selections for their new home Candidate will observe design appointments with buyers and assist with supporting documentation Observe conflict resolution and creating customer delight. Support designers with computer entry of selections and documents Support in maintenance of Design Center Inventory Qualifications Driven to excel Enjoy learning and taking on new challenges A positive, team player attitude Enjoy building relationships with people Provide exceptional customer service Must have housing available in the greater Raleigh, NC area for the duration of the internship Must be currently enrolled in a college program with an interest in starting a career in Residential Construction/Homebuilding Additional Information Please submit resume and cover letter by October 31st, 2025.
