You will work across the different functions at T-Mobile and make a difference in how we do business. The intern will have the opportunity to learn how T-Mobile partners with Law Enforcement regarding legal surveillance orders, from invoicing to payment. Are you ready to join the Un-carrier? What you will do Team member of Law Enforcement Relations (LER) Finance in the Order to Cash (OTC) team within T-Mobile's Magenta Services Center (MSC) Extended testing of new processing tool – Legal Response System (LRS) Review open AR items and create a dashboard to assist with collections Recreate process and record-keeping scheme for subsets of Agencies with special handling requirements Process documentation and related requirements for new tool (LRS) Partner with the internal team to transfer OneNote techniques to standard SOP templates Qualifications Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master’s program in Accounting, Information Management, Business Excellent Microsoft Office Suite Skills. Outstanding data analysis, organizational, and prioritization skills with strong attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal, work ethic, and presentation skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity. -At least 18 years of age -Legally authorized to work in the United States -High School Diploma or GED -Must be actively enrolled in a degree program or graduated within the last year -Employees of T-Mobile or Metro by T-Mobile are ineligible for internships Employer does not sponsor work visas for this position. Relocation may be provided to program participants who reside more than 50 miles from the internship location. Intern wages range from $20/hour to $40/hour.
