About the Team The DriveWealth Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) team is responsible for frontline support of technology functions, as well as incident and change management, deployments, and verifications. The team collaborates closely with technology and business stakeholders to ensure the highest levels of platform availability and partner satisfaction. This position will primarily focus on enhancing ServiceNow reporting for Incident and Change completeness, as well as improving the Configuration Management Database (CMDB). Additionally, support the development and organization of an internal knowledge base to streamline team workflows and facilitate onboarding. What You’ll Do Contribute to ServiceNow CMDB standardization and ensure data accuracy across systems.
